Nestled within 65,000 acres of private protected wilderness, Lewa Safari Camp grants its guests exclusive access to one of Kenya’s most iconic wildlife sanctuaries. Beyond its breathtaking landscapes and extraordinary wildlife encounters, the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is driven by a profound conservation mission. Established in the 1970s, it has become a globally recognized leader in rhino conservation, pioneering innovative and sustainable preservation efforts.

As the only tourism facility within the Conservancy owned by the Conservancy itself, Lewa Safari Camp directly supports conservation and community initiatives. Every stay contributes to protecting endangered species, supporting local communities, and preserving Kenya’s natural heritage.

Wildlife enthusiasts will be treated to spectacular sightings, from lions, leopards, and jackals thriving in the diverse ecosystem to the world’s largest population of Grevy’s zebras. The Conservancy is also home to over 200 Black and White rhinos, alongside a rich array of birdlife that flourishes across its varied landscapes.

Lewa Camp 2025 Rates

Full Board includes; Accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), soft drinks, beer, house wines & selected spirits, teas, coffees and refreshments (on the property) and laundry services.
Game Package includes Full board accommodation, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, soft drinks, beer, house wines & selected spirits, laundry services, scheduled game drives scheduled activities, and transfers to/from our designated airstrip

Children under 5 years stay free of charge
Child(ren) sharing with 1 adult 50% of PPS, adult pays PPS rate
Child 5 to 17yrs Sharing with  2 adults – triple rate applies
One Child 5 to 17yrs in Own room – Single rate applies
Two Children 5 to 17yrs in Own room pay 75% of PPS each
Three Children 5 to 17yrs in own room, triple rate applies

Camp Tents

Lewa Safari Camp offers 11 en-suite safari tents, all of which can be arranged as either doubles or twins. Three of these tents can also accommodate a third bed for children under 16. Each tent, covered by a thatched roof, features a spacious main bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a private verandah, providing a perfect blend of comfort and immersion in nature. Guests can specify their preference for twin or double bed arrangements.

For families, the camp offers two Family Tent suites, each comprising two en-suite safari tents—one double and one twin—connected by a shared verandah. These tents are ideal for families traveling with children, offering both privacy and a communal space under a thatched roof with stunning views over the Lewa plains. Each tent includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an en-suite twin room, both equipped with flush toilets and hot water showers. One of the Family Tents can accommodate an extra bed for a third child under 16, making it suitable for a family of five.
