Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Payment

How do I book a holiday with you?
Once you’ve settled on a destination and hotel on our website, send an enquiry and we’ll send you a quote. When you’re happy with the quote and confirm, our customer service team processes your booking and shares an invoice once rooms are held at the lodge or hotel you’ve chosen.

What are your payment terms?
We require full payment before travel. This ensures the hotel is paid in advance and a service voucher is issued. You present the service voucher at check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the property/hotel/lodge. Reach out to our team on whatsapp with your accommodation preference and policies will be shared.

Do you book flights?
We can book flights without accommodation for a fee. If you book your trip with us, booking charges do not apply.

Can you customise an itinerary?
Yes. Every journey is tailored to your dates, interests and pace. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll shape the itinerary around it.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for July to October and the festive season, when the best camps and lodges fill first. The green season usually has more availability.
